2023: A Year of Impact and Innovation

As we bid farewell to another transformative year, IC System is taking a moment to reflect on the exciting journey that was 2023. From earning notable distinctions to making a positive impact through charitable events, it has been a year filled with success, innovation, and meaningful contributions.

1. Company Distinctions
For the seventh consecutive year, IC System was named a Top Workplace by the Star Tribune. This distinction highlights our ongoing dedication to cultivating an exceptional work environment, where people and pride guide all the work that we do. We are immensely proud of our dedicated team, whose collective efforts have consistently allowed us to achieve this accolade. Additionally, this year, IC System became DebtNext’s first accredited partner, an achievement underscoring IC System’s unwavering commitment to integrity and being a leading provider of debt collection solutions for businesses of all sizes.

2. Successful Charitable Events
At IC System, we are committed to giving back to our community. This past summer, IC System raised over $10,000 for the American Cancer Society through the annual Relay for Life event (pictured above)! In October, IC System’s La Crosse office raised $4,431 for Children’s Miracle Network through the Radiothon event hosted by Gunderson Health System. IC System also participated in a school supplies drive for Catholic Charities, the Polar Plunge event supporting Special Olympics Wisconsin, and our annual golf tournament event benefitting several charities! Huge shout-out to IC System’s employee charitable group, ECHO, for organizing these events!

3. Product Launch
One of our core values at IC System is innovation; we are constantly striving to see how we can improve collections for businesses. A pivotal moment for our company this year was the successful launch of our online collection program, InstiCollect. InstiCollect provides an effective and easy-to-use collections solution to small businesses who need assistance recovering past-due accounts. What’s unique about the product, besides the competitive rate, is that the service can be purchased entirely online, skipping the usual sales process.
